2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes
The 2007 Hayfork is heavy with intense fruit, characteristic of the Lewelling Ranch. It breathes aromas of black raspberry, pepper, and cedar, and on the palette there is cherry, spicy plum, damp earth, and tobacco.

2008 Petite Sirah

Tasting Notes
The 2008 Hayfork Petite Sirah is inky purple with aromas of black currants and dark plum. On the palette these fruits are joined by clove, anise, and cedar- all of which nicely coalesce with an earthy undertone.
