The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Field Select sports a deep purple hue as well as crème de cassis and blueberry-like fruits intermixed with liquid violets, graphite, pen ink, and hints of dark chocolate. Based on 97% Clone 6 Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot and aged 22 months in 80% new French oak, it's incredibly pure, with medium to full body, polished tannins, and a great finish.
